Aslando is a modern training method for people of all ages that combines movement, balance, and conscious body control. Children and teenagers especially benefit from the training, as they playfully learn to better perceive their bodies and develop self-confidence. In a respectful and safe environment, important values such as mindfulness, discipline, and mutual respect are taught. A central component of Aslando is violence prevention: Participants learn to recognize conflicts early, remain calm, and avoid arguments whenever possible. This is not about fighting, but about setting clear boundaries, acting confidently, and acting responsibly. It is particularly important for children and teenagers to develop these skills early on so they can feel safe and strong in everyday life. Aslando strengthens not only the body but also the personality. The goal is to support people—young and old—in perceiving and protecting themselves and their surroundings consciously, calmly, and safely.
