What is Aslando Training Like?
Aslando training is varied, exciting, and fun. Every session is different, so it never gets boring.
At the beginning, you’ll start together with simple warm-up exercises and short movement tasks. This helps you get into the training, wake up, and feel comfortable in the group.
Then you’ll learn new movements and techniques step by step. You’ll practice how to better control yourself, react faster, and move more confidently. It’s not just about strength or sport, but also about your inner strength.
An important part of Aslando is building your self-confidence. You’ll learn to believe in yourself and dare to try things you might not have been able to do at first. Self-discipline is just as important—that is, sticking with it, even when something is new or difficult.
Respect and cooperation also play a major role in training. You’ll learn to respect other children, be fair, and work together as a team. This often leads to friendships, as you train together and support each other.
Another important aspect is safety. You’ll learn to better recognize dangers and remain calm when things get uncomfortable. You’ll practice saying “stop” clearly and asking for help when you need it. It’s about being strong without resorting to violence and handling difficult situations intelligently.
Over time, you’ll notice that you’re not only becoming physically stronger, but also more self-confident, calmer, and more secure in everyday life.
The goal isn’t perfection, but your personal development—step by step, at your own pace.
